We currently deliver only in the Philippines for nationwide deliveries we deliver through our cake bake shop merchants & our own delivery team.
We are unable to process orders for delivery to P.O. Boxes or APOs. Give us details shipping address of the recipient along phone number to avoid delay.
Metro Manila: Flat delivery charge for Metro Manila delivery USD 9.99
Same day delivery possible within Metro Manila if you place order before 12:00 Noon (Philippine time) and only items listed for same day delivery. Please note that , not all items are for same day delivery as they need lead time for delivery. Same day or next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department.
Provinces: Flat delivery charge for provinces USD 9.99
Order received before 12:00 noon (Philippine time), next day delivery is guaranteed unless item requires additional lead time. In item details page you can see whether lead time is required or not.
Next day delivery is not possible during peak season like Valentines, Father's day, Mother's day, Christmas, New year etc. If no delivery date is specified, delivery will be in regular schedule by our dispatch department.
Hospital Deliveries: Please make sure the recipient is still in the hospital before scheduling the delivery.
VALENTINE’S DAY CUT-OFF PERIOD:
To ensure the efficiency and on time delivery of all orders with personal touch this coming Valentine’s celebration; we have set a cut off schedule as follows:
Metro Manila and Provincial areas:
• FOR FEB. 13th DELIVERY - cut-off is February 11 until 10:00 AM (Phil time).
• FOR FEB. 14th DELIVERY - cut-off is February 12 until 10:00 AM (Phil time).
We will strictly implement the cut-off time & date. All orders that will be forwarded beyond the cut-off period will be processed on the next earliest date of delivery- February 15/16 onwards.
Certainly, we will be doing our best to accommodate as much orders as possible this coming Valentine’s Day for both Provincial and Manila deliveries. But again, we will not be able to guarantee an on time delivery for orders we receive after cut off date and time.
Thus, NO SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY policy will be implemented from Feb 12 to Feb 18 (Same day Provincial orders maybe accommodated Feb 16 onwards, depends on local florist availability). Next regular schedule of delivery will resume on February 18.
For selected remote/far areas with no direct air flights:
Mindanao/Southern Visayas area (Southern part of the Philippines) – 3-4 days shipping period will be required. However we will use local florist to accommodate your order for quick delivery. Additional charge maybe applied depends on local florist's charges.
> Order Tracking:
Tracking your order will be much easier and faster. You may track your orders online. Upon shipment of your order, we will provide you the courier tracking to track online. Nevertheless, if you prefer to receive it through email, you may simply email us and we will give you the status right away! Our dedicated team will track all your orders in real time.
Please take note that there will be no assurance of SPECIFIC TIME DELIVERY during this season, rest assured though that all updates will be forwarded to you the soonest possible. Some areas we may ship earlier than scheduled delivery date to avoid delay of delivery during this peak season.

Disclaimer: Customer satisfaction is our goal. Substitutions may be necessary if ordered item is not available. We will contact you or your receiver if ordered item is not available. Take note we deliver almost all the places within Philippines but If the delivery address is not covered for delivery, recipient needs to pick up the item from our advised bake shop or courier office. Recipient or buyer will be notified the advisory. Shipping charge still require whether its pick up or delivery since we process item to your nearer bake shop branch or courier office. Exact time of delivery may not possible since none of the couriers commit it. But delivery possible within the day as you specified. Further, you may request for morning or afternoon, evening delivery time. PhilCake.com is not liable for any delayed delivery or non-delivery any items with or without any reason. In no event shall PhilCake.com be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental, exemplary or consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever.
Our bake shop or courier and delivery team has FULL rights to deliver anyone aside from recipient at the specified delivery address. It is often that recipient may not available at said address but any person at the said address can accept the item and sign the delivery receipt.
Delivery time guarantee will be suspended during extreme weather such as typhoon, heavy rain etc. Incomplete shipping address might cause delay delivery! If your recipient's address is incorrect, item will not be delivered and no refund will be made. PhilCake.com reserves the rights to cancel orders at any time. Content on this site is copyrighted including text, images, logos, design.
Edit or change address of your order:
Change address, delivery date, editing order etc. only possible if you place order in advance and inform us at least three days before delivery date. If your cake requires more lead time, you need to notify us at least 3 days before the lead time. For example, if your cake requires 7 days lead time and you want to change something in your order, you would need to notify us at least 10 days prior delivery date. You do not need to edit or correct your order if you entered wrong sender/ billing name, address etc. During occasion like Valentines, Christmas, Mother's day, Father's Day, New year etc. changes information or editing your order ONLY possible if you can confirm us at least 5 days before the lead time of your cake. Whatever the reason or season, change address, delivery date, time or anything editing of your order will be charged $5 per order. You will receive an email with this bill within 24 hours upon we receive your request.
We accept all major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Novus, Diners Club and JCB derivative of these brands. For credit cards verification we need name as it appears on credit card and the address where credit cards are sent. We also accept paypal.
Cash Payments can be done direct to the bank and orders will be delivered as soon as possible. We also accept western union transfer, MoneyGram, Xoom, bank transfer etc. Please email us: email@example.com if you want to use offline payment.

Orders received after cut off, will be processed after the date of occasion onward and can be modified, change or cancel only within 2 hours of order placement. Afterwards order will be sent to fulfillment/processing division and cannot be changed at any form or cancel. We reserve the rights to deliver order earlier to avoid delay. Likewise orders maybe delayed in peak season such as valentines/mothers day etc. due to courier or product unavailability, we do not take any loss or liabilities for order that is delivered early or delayed.
